Anne is a senior leadership and organisation advisor, partnering with executives and business leaders in management and leadership consulting services, cross industries and cross countries. Anne leads executive searches and has particular expertise in the life sciences, consumer and industrial sectors. She manages leadership advisory projects in major and critical business situations such as leadership or governance changes, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation and succession planning. As well as developing some of Eric Salmon & Partners’ methodologies and services in those domains, she is an executive coach, helping to develop the future and best talents and supporting individuals and teams’ development and performance. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Anne worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, within the management & organisation consulting practice, leading change and organisational projects. She began her career as an auditor, focusing on the industrial and BtoB services sectors. Anne graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and is certified as a Professional Coach by the Academy of Coaching (Paris).
