Experience Annalie has more than two decades of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, with a focus on board, CEO, investment committee, CEO succession, and executive team appointments for leading listed and privately held financial institutions in Australia and the UK. In her global leadership role, Annalie shapes the firm’s strategy and market engagement within the wealth and asset management sector. She joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2021 following the successful integration of Vine Partners, the boutique asset management-focused executive search firm she founded and led for over a decade. Annalie is regularly engaged by boards and CEOs of Australia’s most prominent wealth and asset management organizations to provide counsel on strategic talent acquisition, succession planning, and broader human capital challenges.
