Anita is the Managing Director of Slade Group, and a member of the advisory board. She manages "C" level assignments across multiple sectors, and her specialist knowledge is applied in digital media and marketing. Anita is committed to diversity and gender equity in the workplace. Following her studies, Anita started her career in health promotion, and then pursued a marketing and consulting career before moving to the recruitment industry. She has operated at senior levels within corporates such as Bank of Melbourne, in partnership at The Marketing Bank and has consulted in the attraction, retention and management of women in senior positions. She is keenly aware that forecast demand for high performing talent means that headhunting itself is becoming a prized career. She is a Director of Kidspot.com.au and a founding director and shareholder of nexthire, the national staff shortlisting service. Qualifications: B.App Science and Adv Dip Screenwriting. Anita is is a regular fun runner and continues to write yet-to-be produced screenplays. She was Associate Producer of Summer Coda, a 2010 Australian Indie feature film. Anita has a major interest in serving the community and holds or has held various pro bono positions.
