Angelina was appointed Director at Johnson Partners in 2024 and undertakes senior leadership assignments for the Financial Services sector. With over 15 years of experience in executive search, Angelina joined Johnson Partners from a global search firm where she was a Consultant. She began her executive search career in Moscow, working in research-focused roles for an international search firm, before relocating to New Zealand in 2015 and joining a boutique executive search consultancy as Consultant and Head of Research. Throughout her career, Angelina has focused on Non-Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and senior leadership positions across a variety of sectors.
