Amber Hanly is an Associate with Odgers Sub-Saharan Africa. Amber Hanly works closely with both the Consulting and Research teams to execute and optimise search assignments across a broad array of industries and Executive and C-Suite specialisms. Before joining Odgers, Amber worked for the Boston Consulting Group in the London Head-office, where she specialised in graduate and senior recruitment in consulting and professional environments. Amber graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Dynamics and a Master’s in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
