Executive search professional with insight into the financial services landscape Alvaro joined Spencer Stuart in 2015, previously, was a senior consultant with another global executive search firm, focusing on the banking and insurance sectors. Prior to his career in executive search, Álvaro worked as sales trader on the fixed income desk of Banco Santander, covering EMEA clients.
