A registered business psychologist, Aimee has deep experience in succession planning, senior executive assessment, leadership development, team effectiveness, and coaching. At Russell Reynolds Associates, Aimee has held a number of firm leadership roles, including the Global Head of Assessment, and Asia Pacific Leader for our Leadership and Succession practice. With 22 years of commercial and leadership consulting experience, Aimee has worked with clients across a broad range of industries in Australia and throughout the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Aimee ran her own consulting firm. This came after seven years with SHL, where she held senior leadership roles in Australia and Singapore. Here, she was the managing director responsible for SHL Asia, encompassing Southeast Asia, India, and China. Aimee began her career in human resources, working with UBS and the Australian Government. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology and a Master of Organizational Psychology from Macquarie University. She also holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
