Ágota Lizsicsár joined Stanton Chase Budapest in 2014. She brings more than 22 years of executive search experience to her role. Previously she worked as a Senior Associate based in Budapest at one of the top-notch international executive search consulting firms. Before starting her career in the research business, she worked for several years as an English- and Hungarian-language teacher. Ágota works on domestic, regional, and international searches. She is mainly specialized in the consumer goods, life sciences, and telecom sectors but also has experience in other industry-related searches across all functions. Ágota holds a bachelor’s degree from the Teachers’ Training Collage in Budapest, where she specialized in the English and Hungarian languages. She also graduated as a Human Relations Manager from Corvinus University in Budapest. She is Hogan Licensed for Management and Team Assessments. Besides her native Hungarian, she speaks English and some Spanish. In her spare time, Ágota enjoys traveling, horse riding, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
