Andrea Maass is a Partner at Stanton Chase Stuttgart. She is a strong communicator and decision-maker with more than 25 years of experience in upper management in international industrial and consumer goods companies. Andrea started her career as an assistant to the General Manager of a British company in the steel industry. Later on, she held the positions of Head of Commercial Functions and Financial Director Europe in an American garden tool manufacturer and in an internationally operating paper and cardboard manufacturer. Throughout her entire management career, she reorganized departments by centralizing or decentralizing functions in Europe and Russia and integrated newly acquired business units into the existing structures while bearing in mind all synergies. After three eventful decades of success in commercial sectors, Andrea followed her heart and joined a human resources consulting company. By listening carefully and asking the right questions, Andrea is able to find the best possible match between a talent’s personality and a company’s spirit. She is convinced that in addition to hard skills, the soft skills must also fit in order to create successful long-term collaboration. Andrea studied business administration in Pforzheim, specializing in sales management. She speaks fluent German and English.
