Klaus searched the BlueSteps International Search Firm Directory to find executive search consultants who specialize in medtech.

Klaus applied the knowledge he gleaned from BlueSteps webinars and searched the BlueSteps directory of executive search consultants. He identified the top three headhunters in Germany who specialize in senior-level medtech recruitment. Using the step-by-step BlueSteps wizard to create a compelling communication, Klaus contacted all three recruiters.

Klaus learned about new COO opportunities in the Healthcare sector on BlueSteps.

After checking back daily for new searches that aligned with his career target, Klaus found several COO opportunities in his industry and desired location. Klaus continued to check back for new opportunities while also taking advantage of the other services BlueSteps has to offer.

Klaus then submitted his CV for a complimentary review.
