Joan searched for recruiters specializing in CEO searches in the UK.

Having advanced internally, Joan had never experienced the executive search process before. Using the BlueSteps International Search Firm Directory, Joan easily identified 194 executive recruiters who specialize in CEO searches in the UK. When narrowing her search to the Financial and Technology sectors, Joan was able to refine her results to a list of 23 executive search consultants who focus on her function, industry and location of interest. Joan used tips from the BlueSteps Insights Vault to appropriately contact each search consultant.
