Description

You will work at our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company with international presence. Your responsibilities will include providing continuous assistance to the compliance department in all activities and projects, ensuring that applicable standards and regulations are met. You will develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations in the pharmaceutical industry. Conduct due diligence assessments to identify and mitigate risks in business transactions and relationships with third parties. Develop and implement corporate compliance programs, ensuring effective integration of these programs in all areas of the organization. Design and conduct specific training for employees on compliance issues, promoting a culture of compliance within the company. Supervise and verify that business partners comply with the company's established compliance regulations and policies. Plan and conduct internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulations.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in Compliance, a Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or a related field, and a B2 level of English or higher. Experience in internal monitoring or audits and knowledge of the code of good practices in the pharmaceutical industry will be positively valued.
