Her entrepreneurial understanding led her to co-found SearchSpecifics in 2005, a leading executive search firm based in Johannesburg and Cape Town. SearchSpecifics specialised in high-level recruitment across Africa's critical sectors, such as mining, oil and gas, FMCG, retail, telecoms, insurance, and banking. In 2015, Zinhle strategically partnered with TRANSEARCH, enhancing her firm's international presence, and enriching its service offering with Leadership Consulting through the innovative Orxestra® tools. This partnership culminated in the South African office being recognised with the prestigious "Excellence in Orxestra®" award in 2021, a testament to its leadership in driving talent development and organisational effectiveness in the South African market. Zinhle is a certified ORSC™ (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) fundamentals coach with CRR Global. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Postgraduate Degree in Enterprise Management from Rhodes University.
