Zach’s positive attitude and people skills define his success connecting businesses with talent. Plus, a strong drive stemming from his outlook that ‘success is never given, it’s earned daily.’ As a research associate, Zach actively listens to clients, translates their needs into qualifications, and identifies and evaluates candidates against them. He also assists our partners in building our growing client base across the consumer, industrial, and private equity industries. Zach brings 5 years of experience in the search industry to O’Neill Consulting. As a senior staffing consultant with The Greysmith Companies, he gained a deep foundation in recruitment, client relationship management, and business development. When he’s not working, Zach is usually on the move. An avid distance runner, he competes in races from marathons to halfs to 10Ks. Zach also enjoys traveling to discover music, culture, and food—especially in search of the perfect brew of coffee or craft beer. With 32 states in the books, he plans to visit the other 18 in the near future.
