Over the course of his career, Yuki has gained an in-depth perspective and intelligence around top talent in the Japanese finance industry and “corporate Japan”. Most recently, he was a senior client partner for a global executive search firm, where he led the global financial markets business in Japan. Previously, he was with Russell Reynolds Associates for 16 years where he conducted searches for CEOs and executive management for major Japanese and international financial institutions, private equity firms and Japanese corporations. “Practice makes the impossible possible.” Yuki holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Keio University and a master’s degree in public administration from John F. Kennedy School at Harvard University.
