Based in Frankfurt, he brings experience in executive assessment, team development, DEI, and organizational advisory programs. Previously Yaya co-led a project team in advising a large UK charity on their performance management and related HR practices. Before that, he served as a board member of a German education and social justice organization, whose mission is to promote diverse and inclusive pathways for marginalized groups and gained experience in organizational development.
