Her vast experience in the Chilean market makes her an outstanding expert on the profiles and cultures of different industries and particularly of each company, bringing unique value to her field. In 2012, she was appointed Chile's representative to the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), and in 2015 she joined the organization's Council for the Americas, recognizing her leadership and standing in the international executive search field. Since 2020, she has been the AESC's representative for the region on Equality, Equity, and Inclusion, actively participating in this role.
