Will is the author of a range of Candidate and Career Mastery programs that have proven to transform the performance of executives during critical career transitions. Will was also Co-Founder of WorkHaven, an organisation that educates, enables, and empowers workplaces to take a lead in advocating against domestic and family violence (DFV). In 2020, WorkHaven was inducted into the DFV Prevention Honour Roll of the Queensland Government in recognition for its actions to prevent DFV, raise awareness, and support people impacted by DFV.
