Wassim is a shareholder and Managing Partner at Stanton Chase in the Middle East, based in the Dubai office, and a shareholder in the Greater China offices of Stanton Chase. Since 1997, Wassim has successfully advised a wide range of international and regional organizations on strategic leadership issues. He has completed numerous senior executive assessments, search assignments, and growth initiatives across the Middle East. He has helped identify, assess, and develop leaders across different industries, including financial services, professional services, consumer products, manufacturing, life sciences, real estate, and technology. Wassim holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of La Verne, California. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and a Certified Executive Coach, Business Coach, and OKR Coach. Wassim is also a certified assessor with experience in a variety of psychometric, sociometric, and cognitive assessment tools, as well as a certified Associate Partner in Organizational Culture and Intercultural Management with The Culture Factor.
