Key responsibilities include leading the development of customer-facing applications on both mobile and web platforms, managing core backend and infrastructure projects, and overseeing the integration of existing products with newly acquired fintech platforms to maximize strategic value. The role also involves advancing AI adoption to improve productivity, scaling platforms for high-throughput, real-time environments, and shaping business and technology strategies in partnership with senior executives.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience leading commercial software development teams and a successful track record in scaling fintech organizations with customer-focused products.
