Volker is supporting the Beaumont Executive Interim Management Unit (BEXIM), being responsible for the DACH region, where he already has been active as a Consultant and Interim Provider in various branches for over 10 years. Volker has more than 30 years of experience as International Development Consultant (working for International Development Cooperation Institutions), as Executive Search Consultant, Interim Management Provider, HR-Director and Business Coach. He worked in different industries like Automotive, Life Sciences, Pharma, Health Care, Renewable Energies, Semiconductor production, Plant and Mechanical Engineering… Volker graduated from University of Hohenheim (Germany) with a Master degree in Economics. He is also a Certified Executive Research Consultant, a certified Business Coach and a Mediator for Business Affairs. He is married and enjoys the beautiful nature of Northern Germany. He is passionated about traveling, fusion cuisine and long-distance motorbike-rides.
