At Ola Electric Mobility, he played a key role in organizational design, integration, and leadership hiring, contributing to Ola’s transformation into an automotive OEM for EVs. At Sterlite Power, Vithal led integration and key leadership hiring during the company’s emergence as an independent integrated power sector organization. He helped craft and institutionalize organizational processes around performance and rewards across multiple business units. Earlier in his career, Vithal spent over eight years at General Electric, serving in various HR roles across digital, water, and aviation businesses. Vithal holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
