Viraj is an adept problem solver and is driven to identify and on-board exceptional talent for his customers as well as accelerate careers for his candidates. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Viraj was a part of the leadership team at Right Management (the HR Consulting Arm & 100% subsidiary of the Fortune 500 Manpower Group). For the longest time in his career, Viraj served multiple business management roles across Mumbai & Bangalore. In his last role as Vice President – Strategic Solutions, he led the strategic Sales Transformation, Education and Outplacement accounts for Right Management in India. Prior to this, Viraj worked as a Consultant with a global executive search firm, as a part of their Global Consumer & Lifesciences team and thereafter led the incubation of the Search Business in Mumbai for Asia’s largest recruitment Start-up/ M&A, recruit group in Japan. Viraj is a certified assessor of the Birkman Method, a recent member of the Leaders Excellence by Harvard Square and has facilitated Career Development & Coaching for more than 500 Leaders. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from the SIES College of Management Studies, in Mumbai.
