Over the last several years, Vinita has successfully completed a number of CFO and CHRO searches in technology, healthcare, consumer goods and industrial sectors. Her clients include BSE NSE listed companies, private equity portfolio companies as well as Indian subsidiaries of global multinational organizations. She has also worked with private equity and venture capital funds, recruiting talent for their portfolio companies. Within the Education sector, Vinita has led several CEO searches for for-profit, non-profit, and EdTech companies. This includes top team build outs for a number of organizations. Vinita joined the firm in 2014 and has over fourteen years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Vinita was a member of India's start-up team for Bristol-Myers Squibb where she held sales and marketing roles including marketing responsibility for Taxol, the company's blockbuster anti-cancer chemotherapy drug. Vinita received her Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and her M.B.A. from the SP Jain School of Global Management.
