Ecole Polytechnique, Sup'Aéro Initially a project manager in the arms industry, Vincent quickly joined Veolia Environnement where he was responsible for various profit centers in France, then General Manager of the recently acquired Hungarian subsidiary to be integrated. He then joined the engineering group Egis as Managing Director of its motorway operations subsidiary, before moving into engineering activities as Deputy Managing Director for Egis International. He is notably in charge of Europe (including Russia and Ukraine), the Middle East, and India. In these various positions, through his roles as Managing Director, particularly abroad, and his mandates as Director or Chairman of foreign subsidiaries, he gained extensive exposure to intercultural interactions and international partnerships. He worked on organizing subsidiary governance and defining and implementing strategy in highly diverse contexts.
