Ville is a licensed psychologist, and he has a doctoral decree focusing on cognition across the lifespan. He is an eternal student with a keen interest in understanding human behavior and motivation, and using the best know-how to help people and organizations realize their potential. At MPS Ville mostly works with personal assessments, but he has also done recruitment. In his free time Ville likes exercising and reading, as well as trying interesting things all the way from thai boxing to stand-up comedy.
