Based in London, Victoria is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Asset and Wealth Management Practice and Financial Services Sector. She is focused on UK, European and global assignments, but has previously spent time in New York covering the North American market. Victoria is also a recognized ESG leader, with a track record of advising clients on sustainability leadership, ESG and SRI talent. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Victoria was a consultant with a leading boutique executive search firm, where she contributed to senior level assignments across the financial and investment sectors. Victoria received a First Class MA (honours) from the University of Edinburgh.
