Victor Filamor is a Partner at Stanton Chase Greater China. Based in Hong Kong, Victor serves as the Greater China Head of Consumer Products and Services and the Greater China Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences. In a corporate career spanning 25 years, he has lived and worked in four countries across the Asia Pacific region, holding regional and BU roles with consumer and chemicals Fortune 500 companies and Asian multinationals. Additionally, he has over 15 years of experience as a retained executive search consultant. He has led recruitment teams in the successful placement of numerous senior management and C-suite roles across consumer, retail, life sciences, and industrial sectors in Greater China, Southeast Asia, Korea, and Japan. He was among the Asia Pacific nominees for AESC’s Award of Excellence in 2020. Victor is a certified professional coach and provides coaching, especially in leadership and career transitions. He is a certified user of SHL Personality and Ability Assessment and PROPHET (Predictive Role Profiling for High-Performing Executive Teams). He holds an MBA Degree (Marketing) from Greenwich University in Hawaii. Victor graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines with a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry and topped the National Chemistry Licensure Board Examinations. He speaks fluent English and basic Mandarin.
