The Vice President of Supply & Logistics at the client is responsible for developing and implementing supply and trading strategies aligned with company goals. This includes analyzing market dynamics, identifying new markets and trading opportunities, and optimizing risk management. The role involves overseeing fuel procurement, trading, logistics, and compliance management to ensure the client's fuel strategy and business planning are successful.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fuel market dynamics, with at least 10 years of experience in the field. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership qualities are essential for this role. The Vice President will also need expertise in risk management practices within the energy commodities market and a strong financial acumen to succeed in this position.

Key responsibilities include developing short and long-term fuel supply strategies, analyzing supply and demand dynamics, overseeing fuel transportation and storage logistics, and managing 3rd party carrier relationships. The Vice President will also need to ensure fuel-related legal, regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements are met, track clean fuels and climate commitment developments, and manage climate and carbon policy requirements and reporting. Overall, the role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in fuel trading, contract negotiation, and financial modeling to drive the client's fuel supply and logistics operations forward.
