The client is seeking a Vice President of Development and Philanthropy to lead comprehensive, sustainable fundraising efforts. This executive role supports the organizations mission by retaining existing revenue streams and generating new philanthropic support, aligning development priorities with the organizations strategic vision and plans.
Key responsibilities include leading and supporting fundraising across individual, foundation, and corporate giving, as well as planned giving and other related activities. The Vice President will develop and sustain internal partnerships to ensure the Resource Development function remains aligned with organizational strategy, and will collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create effective donor engagement and communication strategies.
The position is focused on strategic leadership, relationship development, and effective coordination across departments to strengthen donor engagement and revenue outcomes. The successful candidate will be expected to guide development planning and execution at an executive level while fostering aligned, inclusive practices throughout the search and hiring process.
