The client seeks a Vice President of Compliance to provide executive leadership for their regulatory, contractual, and funder compliance functions across all programs and services. This role is responsible for ensuring the client consistently meets federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, as well as the compliance obligations associated with government contracts, Medicaid billing, and both private and public grant funding. The VP of Compliance is tasked with building and maintaining a robust compliance infrastructure that supports program operations, safeguards organizational integrity, and reinforces accountability to regulators, funders, and the Board of Directors.
In close partnership with executive leadership and program teams, the VP of Compliance will translate complex regulatory and contractual requirements into clear, operational guidance implementable across the client's statewide service delivery system. As a member of the Leadership Team, they play a crucial role in safeguarding the clientメs ability to deliver services, maintain funder confidence, and operate with transparency and integrity. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer and leads a team of five Quality & Training Specialists, contributing to the organizationメs commitment to prevention and support for families and their children.
The VP of Compliance will provide strategic leadership for the clientメs enterprise-wide compliance program, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, program growth, and funding sources, which include various governmental and private grants. They will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous strengthening of an integrated compliance and enterprise risk management program. Key responsibilities include managing the intake, investigation, documentation, and resolution of compliance findings, incidents, and corrective actions to ensure accountability and prevent recurrence. The role demands a data-driven approach to research-based solutions aimed at establishing sustainable, positive outcomes for children and families.
