Opportunity Details

The client is seeking a Vice President, Integrated Health Delivery Systems, and Chief Clinical Supports Officer to join their team. This executive will be responsible for developing and implementing system-level initiatives to advance mental health, addictions, and specialized geriatric care. They will work closely with partners to ensure effective and coordinated care across the continuum, overseeing clinical support services and enabling functions within and beyond the hospital. The successful candidate will set strategic and operational goals for various services and programs, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a health-related field. They should have regional and/or provincial experience in health system integration, as well as knowledge of Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) and other provincial programs. Strong relationship-building skills with external stakeholders, including government and health and social service providers, are essential for this role.
