Opportunity Details

The Vice President, Integrated Health Delivery Systems, and Chief Clinical Supports Officer will play a crucial role in advancing the client's specialized services by developing, implementing, and evaluating system-level initiatives for mental health, addictions, and geriatric care. They will work closely with partners to ensure effective and coordinated care across the continuum, overseeing clinical support services and enabling functions within and beyond the hospital. This executive will set strategic and operational goals for various services and programs, promoting a culture of innovation and collaborative learning.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in a health-related field, and regional/provincial experience in health system integration. They should also have knowledge of Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) and other provincial programs.
