The client is seeking a Vice President for Financial Affairs who will also serve in a Vice Dean of Finance capacity, supporting the financial leadership needs of a health sciences organization and its school of medicine functions.

In this role, you will provide strategic financial oversight, guide budgeting and financial planning, and support responsible stewardship of resources. You will typically partner with internal stakeholders to develop and manage financial priorities, ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards, and help drive sound decision-making across the organization’s financial operations.

Candidates should have strong leadership experience in finance and the ability to oversee complex financial activities in an academic or healthcare-adjacent environment. You will be expected to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, manage cross-functional priorities, and lead teams to deliver accurate, timely financial guidance and operational support.
