Our client is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Finance to lead and direct the Corporate Finance Department, providing timely and meaningful financial information to support decision-making. This individual will ensure compliance with regulations, oversee internal financial controls, and manage a team of 75 finance professionals. Responsibilities include developing financial reports, managing relationships with auditors and tax advisors, and providing financial support for strategic initiatives such as joint ventures and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting and finance leadership experience, be a Certified Public Accountant, and have experience in academic healthcare or health systems.

Our client is a $2 billion pediatric system with three hospitals, 19 neighborhood locations, and 13 telemedicine sites in Georgia. The system serves over 1.2 million patient visits annually and partners with thousands of physicians and staff to provide care. Our client is recognized for its quality and safety, and is currently constructing a new hospital campus set to open in September 2024. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Corporate Finance role will be a strong communicator, collaborator, and coach with experience leading high-performing teams in a matrixed organization.
