Veronica Shin is a Partner at Stanton Chase Seoul. She manages the industrial sector for the Seoul office, develops Stanton Chase Seoul’s industrial sector strategy, improves client engagement, and ensures the development and delivery of client solutions. Before joining Stanton Chase, Veronica accumulated nearly 19 years of experience assessing individuals to maximize her clients’ business effectiveness across various sectors, including automotive, defense, and chemical. She also worked with functional specialties such as CEOs, CFOs, and CHROs in all industries. Veronica focuses on senior-level assignments in diverse industries. Prior to her current role, she worked for 10 years as a fashion merchandiser at a buying agency and as a secretarial assistant at the global accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong. Veronica is a Korean citizen and holds a B.A. in Home Management from Pusan Women’s University.
