Based in the London Office, Veena Marr is a core member Spencer Stuart’s global Technology & Digital Officer Practice. She works closely with industry-leading clients to recruit top talent, assess leadership teams and advise on growth and change management. Veena leverages a deep product and platforms background to advise organisations on building strong leadership benches at the board and executive leadership level. An experienced and strategy-focused business partner Veena joined Spencer Stuart from a global executive recruiting firm, where she was a member of the global technology and customer activation and growth practices working with clients across sectors to hire, assess and support technology and digital executives and advisers. She also established and co-led the DEI practice within technology and within the London office. She has been a frequent speaker on a range of topics, including platform talent, digital transformation, diversity fatigue, Black Lives Matter, neuro diversity and culture. Veena served in several senior legal roles at eBay over a 10-year period, most recently global head of intellectual property, where she proactively identified business opportunities and efficiencies through a legal lens. She began her career as a commercial solicitor for Osborne Clarke. Veena earned her LLB First Class Hons from Brunel University and completed her Legal Practice Course with distinction at College of Law, London.
