Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Vanessa was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, advising CEOs and executives on strategy, operating model design, and business performance transformation. Her work emphasized equipping leaders to meet strategic goals and drive value through leadership effectiveness, assessment, and culture change. Vanessa’s background in organizational psychology ensures a rigorous, evidence-based approach to solutions. Vanessa holds a BSc in Psychology from Warwick University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of London.
