With a strong track record of collaborating closely with leading promoters and CXOs, he has built deep, strategic partnerships across functions and sectors. Prior to joining EMA Partners, Utpal was a founding member of a boutique executive search firm based in Mumbai catering to clients in the BFSI sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur and an MBA from the Institute for Technology & Management (ITM), Navi Mumbai.
