Description

The client is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to lead efforts in creating an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote DEIB across all aspects of the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive meaningful change and create a supportive environment where all employees feel valued and respected. The Director will work closely with the Human Resources team and report directly to the Chief People Officer.

Key responsibilities of the Director include developing and implementing a comprehensive DEIB strategy aligned with organizational goals, overseeing initiatives and programs that promote workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and providing training on DEIB topics to raise awareness and enhance cultural competency among employees. The Director will also review and update policies and procedures to align with DEIB best practices and legal requirements, establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEIB initiatives, and engage with external partners to enhance the client's DEIB efforts.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in roles focused on DEIB.
