She is at the forefront of the firm's strategic initiatives in China, focusing on enhancing leadership advisory services and fostering strong client relationships across the region. With over two decades of experience in consumer goods, retail, and professional services, Ulrike has executed numerous high-profile board member and CEO searches globally, especially in Germany and Asia. Her extensive expertise in senior leadership advisory assignments equips her to offer valuable insights and innovative solutions, helping clients devise talent strategies to thrive amidst disruption. Her proven track record in emerging markets and profound understanding of local dynamics position her to guide corporations through business complexities effectively. Prior to her current role, Ulrike led RRA’s Singapore operations for four years, significantly contributing to the firm's regional success. She was instrumental in developing the Shanghai office from 2014 to 2016, conducting executive searches for multinational corporations' Chinese subsidiaries. Ulrike has served on the firm's global Executive Committee and is currently on the Nomination Committee Board. Ulrike joined RRA in 1999 after her tenure as Managing Director at Eugen Block AG. Her career commenced at Mars Inc., where she excelled as a Key Account Director for major German consumer trade chains like Lidl, Kaufland, and Tengelmann. Additionally, Ulrike lends her expertise as a Board Member at the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany.
