Tuck Sweeney is the Director of Service Integration and a Leadership Development Consultant at Ratliff. In this role, he oversees end-to-end client engagements within Leadership Development, ensuring a smooth and highly personalized experience. Tuck is responsible for understanding and positioning the firm’s offerings, recommending improvements for quality and efficiency, and managing delivery processes. He also facilitates and debriefs sessions using the DiSC assessment and EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence inventory. Tuck’s strength lies in tailoring every engagement to deliver measurable value. He’s known for building trusted partnerships, delivering detailed reporting, and supporting complex initiatives such as succession planning, new leader assimilation, and high-potential development. Before joining Ratliff, Tuck was a Client Engagement Specialist at The Ayers Group in New York City, where he refined engagement processes for organizations ranging from mid-market firms to Fortune 500 companies. His diverse background also includes a chapter as a performing artist, with credits in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Law & Order: SVU. A University of Michigan graduate, Tuck is pursuing his MBA at Saint Joseph’s University with concentrations in Organizational Development and Data Analytics. Outside of work, he volunteers with Project HOME, an organization dedicated to ending homelessness and poverty in the greater Philadelphia area. He’s also a practicing yogi and a lifelong Cleveland Cavaliers fan.
