Based in London, Tristan is a member of our Executive Committee and leads the firm’s Technology Practice. He focuses on transformational leadership issues, ranging from the assessment and hiring of key executive and board positions to individual and team development. Tristan is a trusted advisor to boards and C-suites on transformation and change underpinned by digital innovation, including product, engineer, data and analytics, and cybersecurity. He also works closely with private equity firms to recruit senior leaders to portfolio companies. After nearly 20 years with Russell Reynolds Associates, Tristan has established himself as a leading advisor to boards and CEOs on technology transformation. He is also the author of numerous thought pieces related to the evolution of technology and digital leadership. Previously, Tristan worked in executive search and assessment. Alongside a depth of expertise in board and CEO succession, Tristan has deep experience in functional technology and digital leadership work across all industries. Tristan received his BSc in Business and Technology from Nottingham Trent University.
