Traci is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Distribution and Services Practice. With nearly a decade of executive search experience, she specializes in partnering with private equity firms to identify and recruit C-suite and senior-level talent for portfolio companies in the industrial, commercial, and environmental services sectors. Traci is passionate about aligning top executive talent with organizations to drive growth and long-term value creation for both companies and investors. Before joining JM Search, Traci was a consultant at PierceGray, a boutique executive search firm also focused on private-equity-backed businesses. There, she led searches across a range of industries and functions, ultimately gravitating toward the services sector. Traci began her career in services operations before transitioning into internal talent acquisition roles at Advanced Technology Services and McDermott Will & Schulte, where she built a strong foundation in strategic hiring and organizational development. Originally from Chicago, Traci now resides in the city’s western suburbs. She holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. An avid traveler, Traci has visited over 40 countries across five continents and is committed to exploring at least one new destination each year.
