He leads the firm and has completed numerous senior-level search assignments for clients in Private Equity, Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, and Information Technology. Searches have included CxOs, EVPs, SVPs, and VPs as well as functional executives in sales, client management, operations, services delivery, and human resources. Tony has a passion for executive search and is widely respected for a reputation built on ethical principles, deep recruiting expertise, and exceptional client service. Prior to founding Anthony Andrew, he was a founding pioneer of Perot Systems, who was hired by Ross Perot. For over 16 years, he served in key talent acquisition, business development, and senior leadership roles. He consistently achieved levels of exceptional performance and was often recognized by executive leadership for his contributions related to talent acquisition. Tony began his career with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in 1982, after graduating from the School of Computer Technology in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
