Tomi holds a Master's Degree in Engineering, majoring Industrial Management. Tomi joined MPS in 2000 as a Consultant. As a Senior Partner since 2006 at MPS, Tomi has focused on Executive Search, Coaching, Management Audits and Management Development in Customer projects. During the years in MPS Tomi has occupied various positions in MPS Enterprises in leading business unit and business area as well as being in charge of new business development. Before joining MPS, Tomi has obtained professional expertise from the Metal Industry, by consulting internationally, in competence and human resource issues, covering Europe, Asia and North America. At home he has a wife and two teenage daughters.
