Mr Walsh is the leader of Korn Ferry's advisory practice in Ireland. Mr Walsh is known to advise clients increasing their organisational performance through leading assignments that cover ; succession, leadership development, digital transformation, reward, strategic workforce planning and organisational design. Mr Walsh has worked with executives and their teams to improve their performance by helping them understand where their behaviour comes from and how to manage it. He has done this through top team interventions, facilitating leadership development programmes, executive coaching and various talent initiatives. Mr Walsh works on these interventions with leaders not only in Ireland but also across EMEA the US and Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology & Economics) and post graduate qualifications in Legal Studies and Public Relations. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers - Ireland (IMCA).
