He has particular expertise recruiting non-executive directors, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, sales and marketing directors, HR directors, Chief Underwriting Officers and claims directors for global, regional and local roles. Tom advises clients of all sizes, ownership models and geographies, with a focus on general insurance, specialty and life and retirement. Previously, Tom worked with another leading global executive search firm for 15 years, serving as a senior client partner in the global Insurance Practice. There he led the Insurance Sector in the UK and was a member of the firm’s global Financial Market Practice. Tom began his career with another leading executive search and advisory firm, specializing in insurance and consumer banking. Tom holds a BA in history from the University of Reading.
