While studying sociology and philosophy, Tobias Jäger (née Alarcon-Werner) worked for a specialized personnel consultancy in Frankfurt since 2016. Since 2018, he has been strengthening the research team at AltoPartners in Darmstadt and has been working there since completing his studies asResearchSpecialist. At the beginning of 2022, he also assumed responsibility for project and resource management as Head of Projects. In his free time, Tobias is active in his hometown. When he's not playing guitar, he enjoys listening to music, trying out new recipes, and, as a cinephile, devoting himself to interesting films and series.
