In addition to his studies in social sciences and philosophy, Tobias Alarcon has been working in a specialist personnel consultancy in Frankfurt since 2016. Since 2018 he has been strengthening the research team at AltoPartners in Darmstadt and has been working there as a research specialist since completing his studies . In his free time, Tobias is involved in his home community and is a member of the executive board of an association for cultural preservation and youth promotion. He also enjoys making and listening to music and has a great interest in gaming and cinematography.
